The first concert is on Monday 13th December between 6pm-7pm. As it is out of school hours, please confirm on the reply slip attached whether your child is able to attend; that an adult will drop them off at 5.45pm and collect them from the Church at 7pm and whether or not 1 adult will be staying to watch the concert. Children need to be in their school uniform please. The second concert is on Tuesday 14th December between 2pm – 3pm. Children will walk to and from the Church with members of Hazel Leys Academy staff. This is covered by the consent for ‘walks/trips in local area’ that you have previously given. All relevant risk assessments will be completed. Please confirm on the reply slip if 1 adult will also be attending to watch the performance. Due to the large number of children attending, we will not be permitting adults who come to watch to take their child at the end of the concert. All children will return to school to be collected as usual at 3.15pm.
