In line with the curriculum and to celebrate ‘Black History Month’, we have organised for Education Group to run an ‘African Drumming Workshop’ in school for Reception up to Year 6 classes.
We will be helping Corby Foodbank by collecting donations for Harvest Festival. They give out
emergency food to people in the Corby area who are struggling financially and need help to put food on their tables for themselves and their families.
Your donations really help and are really appreciated!
Everdon has provided educational visits for over forty years. Children are able to use the superb rural setting supported by experienced rangers for hands-on interactive experiences. Bringing the curriculum alive. It will be an informative day.
To support the children’s learning in class, we have arranged for ‘One Day Creative’ to visit the school to run an ‘Iron Man’ workshop.
Join in with the fun filled and educational activities at Corby Library. Great choice of books. Lots of clubs and events. Proud to promote Library Week and to encourage our community to take part.
On October the 10th children will be taking part in the Bedford Faith Tour. Bedford is rich in both culture and religion, with Christians, Muslims, Sikhs (and others of all faiths and none) living together in harmony. The three main faith communities have places of worship within three hundred metres of each other. Faith leaders have developed the Faith Tour to bring alive RE through first hand experience, enhance the spiritual, moral, social and cultural development of pupils and for pupils to experience community cohesion at work in a rich and diverse neighbourhood.
